ISO 9001 Standard
Clase10 counts on quality standard ISO 9001:2008. The adoption of a quality management system must be a strategic decision of the organization. The design and implementation of the quality management system of an organization are influenced by different needs, particular objectives, the supplied products, the used processes and the size and structure of the organization. The requirements of the quality management system specified in this International Standard are complementary to the requirements for products. This International Standard can be used by intern and extern parts, including certification organisms, to evaluate the capacity of the organization to accomplish the customer requirements, the regulated ones and the ones of the organization its own. In the development of this international standard the quality management principles mentioned in the standards ISO 9000 and ISO 9004 were taken into consideration.
ISO 27001 Standard
The security standard ISO 27001 is oriented to promote improvements in the network security through the establishment of recommended policies and norms. This is a standard prepared to supply a model of establishment, implementation, operation, monitoring, revision, maintenance and improvement of a documented information security management system; in the context of the specific risks of the activities held in the organization. This international standard presents an information security management processes approach.
